1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to supply issues, we’ll notify you promptly via email.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Locations

Nowart Design LLC currently ships within the United States only.

We do not ship to U.S. territories, international destinations, or P.O. Boxes (for certain carriers).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Nowart Design LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Keep all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim. If additional assistance is needed, please contact us at support@nowartdesign.com.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been placed. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional reshipping fees.
