ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT

This agreement concerns the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the BUYER from the SELLER's online store ({{ shop.name }}) under the terms of the Consumer Protection Law and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL TERMS

  1. The BUYER declares that they have read and understood the product’s basic features, price, and delivery terms on the {{ shop.name }} website and confirmed the order electronically.
  2. The product will be delivered to the BUYER or their representative within the legal 3-day limit, unless otherwise specified.
  3. If delivered to another person/institution, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if the recipient refuses delivery.
  4. The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product intact, complete, with warranty documents and user manuals if applicable.
  5. Delivery is subject to full payment. If payment is not received or canceled, the SELLER is released from the delivery obligation.
  6. If the payment is reversed after delivery due to unauthorized use, the BUYER must return the product within 3 days. Shipping cost is the BUYER's responsibility.
  7. In case of force majeure (natural disasters, transport interruptions), the SELLER must inform the BUYER and offer alternatives: cancel the order, exchange the product, or postpone delivery. If canceled, a full refund is issued within 10 days.
  8. Defective products may be returned under warranty terms. The SELLER covers shipping costs in such cases.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused and in compliance with Article 6. The product must be returned with the invoice and proof of delivery. The refund will be made within 7 days of receiving the return. Return shipping is paid by the SELLER.

ARTICLE 6 – NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Products that cannot be returned include:

  • Opened or used items
  • Digital goods (software, programs)
  • Perishable goods or those with expired dates
  • Opened CDs/DVDs
  • Consumables like toner, cartridges, etc.
  • Cosmetics
  • Prepaid phone credit

ARTICLE 7 – JURISDICTION

In the enforcement of this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at the BUYER or SELLER's residence are authorized, up to the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade.

By completing this order, the BUYER agrees to all terms stated in this agreement.
