You can request a refund by sending the products you purchased through nowartjewery.com (in part or in full) to us, provided that they have not been used within fourteen (14) days from the date of your order.

If you purchase NowArt Jewelry products from websites other than nowartjewelry.com and from stores specified in the "Stores" link, you will be subject to the return/exchange and shipping conditions of the relevant website or store. For your order cancellation/refund requests, you must log in and create an online request from the My Account/My Refund Requests area.

Returns can only be made free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo.

The orders you want to return must be sent to the domestic cargo company as they were sent to you, complete with the product, invoice, delivery note, certificate, insurance forms and gift products, if any.
